SOLVE is a Crisis Intervention program designed to teach staff how to assess, prevent and safely manage client aggression, assault and violence. We partner with professionals in both behavioral treatment settings and office settings experiencing workplace violence.
Our goal is to equip you with the tools to help stabilize your clients while increasing their coping skills. We help you empower your clients to function successfully in their social and physical environments. You’ll learn how to form a treatment alliance, clarify the problem and provide immediate relief from stressors.
